Permanent sculpture park

The public park Vandrer’n/The Wanderer is designed by Marte Johnslien. It consists of two large sculptures, a seating area and a huge sand pit for children to play in. Johnslien recontextualized a stone sculpture of a bear cub from Veitvet Shopping Centre to the childrens’ sand pit. The stone sculpture of the sitting bear cub by Knut Skinnarvik, is surrounded by two sculptures for the children to interact with.
