A permanent installation at the Development House, Oslo (now closed down)

A sculptural interpretation of Picasso’s Guernica. The figurative elements are produced by Zambian sculptors during a 5 weeks workshop that Marte Johnslien conducted in Lusaka, Zambia. The figures were brought back to Oslo where they were assembled into an abstract structure inspired by the background of the painting by Picasso, created by Johnslien.
